Brand development strategy for a £9m sporting facility

Our strategy work provided the platform for brand development, visual identity creation, marketing strategy and implementation, interiors and - achieving the primary objective of 1200 members before opening.
Work started with understanding the business and community objectives, the audiences and funding stakeholders. From there we worked across the project team to develop the brand and integrate it into the York Sport Village building - identifying and highlighting the key activity areas of the facility and creating visual expressions of the brand.
