Managing Director
Adding the extra Ideas Group magic to our brilliant strategy and creativity is Nick’s mantra for transforming businesses and brands. An insightful business and brand consultant leading UK creative organisations in London, Edinburgh and York, before forming Ideas Group in 2003. He has led the delivery of outstanding and trusted strategic and tactical branding, marketing and experiential ideas for regional, national and global brands.

Creative Director
An accomplished creative consultant with an eye for detail and passion for effective design, Nick ensures all project outputs meet the Ideas Group exceptional criteria. As well as delivering exceptional creativity for our clients Nick’s trusted project management orchestrates effective online and offline solutions working with in house, external and client resources.
ANN GURNELL
Marketing
Ann’s experience both client and agency side crosses many sectors: FMCG, culture and tourism, economic development, destinations, technology, professional services, property, education, food and hospitality. Ann is part of the York Business School lecturing team at York St John University.
CHRIS PARKER
Senior Designer
Chris is a forward thinking, intuitive and highly creative designer developing smart and effective graphic, brand, exhibition and interior design. Chris’ involvement follows through from concept to finished result – inspired ideas to trusted attention to detail.

Account Manager
Helen supports the core team and manages client communication and relationships.
With over 20 years of agency experience she brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge.

Finance Director
Acting as Finance Director to Ideas Group, Paul is a consultant, non-executive director and company secretary to several business enterprises. He is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 30 years of experience and assists with financial planning and management accounting.
