Brand, pre launch marketing and interior brand expression for a £9m sporting facility

Engaging the market and inspiring communities to join and enjoy being fitter was at the heart of the creative campaigns and brand expression Ideas Group developed and delivered for this new leisure venue.
We used market insights and our strategic platform to inform our striking brand identity and lead the creative inspiration for brand interiors, exteriors and a full range of marketing activities and material - not least to support the primary objective of achieving 1200 members before opening.
A comprehensive project that integrated the brand through the whole York Sport Village building - identifying and highlighting the key activity areas and creating visual expressions of the brand.
We also produced 3D virtual tours of key areas of the yet to be completed facilities including the 120 station Fitness Suite, Fitness Studios, Swimming Pool, Reception and Café and presented them on the website pre-opening to drive membership sign ups.
The brand is now a recognised and popular part of the University of York and the local community for which it was a joint project and its membership and facilities continue to grow.
