A £30M brand for London investment company

Palace Capital plc

Within weeks of launch our brand and marketing strategy attracted investment, strategic partners and buyers for Palace Capital’s first property investment in the North of England.

The Hudson Quarter development is leading the way in York’s transformation for the 21st century being used as an exemplar project for the city and region and, of course, for future projects for the London based asset managers.

Strategy first, it was essential to create a confident flexible brand platform not least to engage key investment stakeholders and tender the construction work, before reaching out to commercial and residential property markets. Hence, we interrogated the project context and prioritised the audiences – building a powerful brand position, ethos, name and identity, crafted to resonate and stand out, putting the development and York on the map for luxury living and working.

The ultimate measure of success? The sales agents reaching first phase sales targets ahead of schedule.
